Our Process

We would be delighted to share more about you can expect throughout the adoption process, ensuring it is smooth and enjoyable as possible. After you reach out to us and decide to move forward with the adoption process, we will provide you with an application to complete. Alternatively, you can click HERE to get a head start. This helps ensure that the puppy will receive the care it deserves.

Once the pregnancy is confirmed and you choose to pick a puppy from the litter, we will request a reservation deposit. Deposits are $500 and nonrefundable to secure your puppy; there are no holds. The remaining balance will be due after transportation arrangements are finalized. If any issues arise and your puppy is lost, we will transfer your deposit to the next available litter of your choice, or in some cases, issue a refund. We only accept deposits Venmo, Check, or Zelle. A signed spay/neuter/responsible owner is required upon receipt of your deposit.

Once the litter is confirmed, will reach out to those on our waitlist in the order that deposits were received. Puppy selection will commence when the puppies are 4 weeks old. We will collaborate with you and your family to accommodate your specific expectations and needs. For the health and well-being of the puppies, selections will be made from photos and video calls.

Puppy parents can schedule a pickup once the puppies are 8 weeks old. If a pickup is not possible, parents may choose to arrange transportation. Please note that we do not transport our puppies as cargo, and while we will assist with transport, we cannot guarantee overnight. Each of our puppies comes with a comprehensive puppy pack designed to ensure a smooth transition. The puppy pack includes a 1-gallon Ziplock bag of puppy food, a blanket with the scent of the mother and litter a bowl, leash, collar, puppy pads, chew toys, a familiar toy, and veterinary records.

We provide a 2-year health guarantee for all our puppies, covering genetic issues that could lead to the loss of the pup, provided vet records are supplied. Should this occur you will have the option to select a puppy from the next available litter at no extra cost. Currently, we do not offer full registration for our puppies. We also require all buyers to sign a Spay/Neuter/ Owner contract when deposits are made. This contract will be shared through Google Forms when needed. Please note the sample contract below is not final and may be modified by the breeder as necessary.
